Our forms collect your name, email, organization, role, and any inquiry details you provide. We use this information to deliver the requested resource and respond to your inquiry. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Please do not submit student records or sensitive student information.

Storage and service providers

Website hosting and form processing use Civo and Cloudflare infrastructure. Form information is stored separately from public site files, with access restricted to authorized administrators. We do not sell form information. We retain inquiries only as needed to respond, manage the relationship, and meet applicable obligations. You can request access or deletion using the email below.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising trackers or a marketing analytics cookie. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site.

Accessibility
